I launched the last version of my website just 6 months ago and wrote about how I got 2,000+ targeted page views on it in 30 days on this post.
But within less than half a year, I had already outgrown it.
I took the opportunity to do a case study about why the old site wasn’t working which I’m sharing with you here in this video.
This is my Website Psychology Audit in action.
Here’s what I learned tearing apart my old site:
🧠 The psychology was all wrong.
→ I had 37 different ways someone could leave without buying
→ My messaging spoke to everyone and no one
→ I buried my core offer under “pretty design”
→ I made people think instead with too many words instead of feel
The truth is that most websites fail not because of design — but because of psychology.
More importantly YOUR psychology – as in, if you don’t FEEL like your website represents the current version of you, you won’t share it with anyone.
Vibrationally, it won’t be bringing you ideal clients either.
Your visitor makes a decision about you in 0.3 seconds. If your messaging doesn’t immediately answer “is she for me?” they’re gone.
The difference between a website that converts at 0.5% vs 3%?
Psychology.
Yours AND your dream client’s.
